This is my first Blue Monday. I commented to Sally I would participate but I don't have very much blue. When she visited my blog, low and behold I had blue and she suggested I go ahead and play. Visit Smiling Sally to join in.
This is my 1967 blue Singer sewing machine. This past weekend hubby and I drug it out of storage so I could complete a baby quilt I've been working on. The sewing machine hasn't been used for year and I was surprise that it still works great.
Since the baby quilt has blue I thought I would share it with you too. It's for my grandbaby, Josey, who is due the end of February.
There's far more detail about these items in my next post, but I didn't want to bore Blue Monday participants. And, thanks Sally for pointing out I do have blue around my house!!!

I have never seen a blue machine before...pretty cool. The blanket is just precious...thanks for sharing your pretty blues...
Thanks for sharing your blues. The blue sewing machine is unique. I think that there are less problems with the old machines than with the newer digital machines. You certainly created something beautiful with your blue sewing machine. Happy Blue Monday!

Like BJ, I've not seen a BLUE sewing machine before. Hope you enjoy finishing the quilt. I shared YELLOW pansies for a new Monday meme ;--)

Hi Linda,
Oh, I love your blue sewing machine, and the quilt is precious. And a new grandbaby on the way. How exciting!

You have the best blue... sewing machine blue!
thanks for sharing your first blue monday... Dixie
Oh, yes...I do remember THE GREEN DOOR...Jim Lowe sang it and I loved it, too. So many good songs and artists in the 50's and 60's but there's some good ones now, too. Just not nearly as many! lol
