Thursday 13

This week highlights the letter

1. tablecloth - The only time we have meals at our dinning room table, set with the good china, silver and a tablecloth is a holiday dinner. We now have most of our meals in front of the tv.

2. tackle - Soon I need to tackle fall cleaning. It's just been too hot to even
think about heavy cleaning.

3. tap dance - I took tap dancing lessons in the 80's but had to
drop out because I just couldn't get it. I found it extremely hard. I did continue with my jazz lessons for 3 years. I also participated in the dance recitals.

4. Target - Of all the discount stores I like Target best.

5. tea - My daily drink of choice is iced tea.

6. television - I really enjoy watching tv. So many people are so
quick to say they don't watch tv; however they are able to talk about any show you may mention. Do people think watching tv is not the "thing" to do?

7. temperature - Hallelujah....the temperature has finally dropped to where
it is comfortable to be outside again. template - I wish I knew more about tweaking my blogger template. This winter I plan to dig in and learn more.

8. tennis - I wish I had enough wind to play tennis. When I was in my 20's I play 3 or 4 times a week.

9. theater - Just recently I have started going to the movie theater again.

10. thick - Last night I had a thick chocolate milk shake from DQ. They must have new people
working there because it was very thick and very very chocolaty!!! Yummy!!!!

11. thunder - I use to be afraid of thunder storms when my children were small. They use
to sit in front of the patio doors and watch the lightning show while I tried to get them to come sit with me a read a story. They thought it was funny that the storms made me feel

12. tummy - All my weight has settled in my tummy and mid drift. This
is the worse place a woman should have extra weight and it is so hard to try to lose in this area.

13. thought - I'm sure you can tell that I prepared this post very quickly without giving it much thought.

I liked your Thursday 13! It didn't sound like you rushed though it.

We don't put out the good China either unless it is the Holidays.

I watch TV but don't care for the sitcoms on the main channels.

I like Quiz shows and HGTV, The Discovery Channel, The Travel Channel, TCM, football, and of course Fox News!! I am better about not watching so much news any more! I am tired of all the politics!

I told Kelly I wonder how you can vote for anybody after all the horrible things they say about each other!!! You began to think no one would be able to run the country!

I also have some of the Church channels too. Nancy likes the Bernstein Bears, only they took them off PBS. Kelly checks them out for her at the library. I sit and watch them with her, and this makes her happy.

Tee-rific T list. Oscar has been revealed to the world and I'm loving every minute of Divahood.

Hi Linda, I enjoyed reading your Thursday T's. I only watch TV for special things like tonight a Noreaster is coming up the coast and I wanted to know when it will get here. My favorite channel is the weather channel. Ha! Ha!

We use the dishes that can be put in the microwave for every day. We never use the good dishes except when company comes. I wonder if anyone uses their good dishes for every day anymore?

I have been trying to fall clean since last fall. Ha! Ha! I just cannot seem to finish, know what I mean?
As soon as I get close to done, it is time to start all over again. I have been trying to paint rooms and paint furniture and that is taking a lot of time.

You did well on your T list! I loved reading about you.

Actually, Linda, I couldn't tell that you prepared this post without giving it much thought. I really enjoyed reading your TT and found it interesting. I love milkshakes from DQ, and I like them very thick. I don't like milk so I don't like them runny or thin.

The only time we eat at the dining room table with a table cloth, etc. is on holidays as well. Special days - special table

Linda, I forgot to tell you how much I like your new header. It is very pretty and appropriate for this time of year.

Loved reading through your T's. Iced tea is something I drink every day too.
I do use my china every single day.
I waited 25 yrs to get it and I'm going to get the most out of it!!

I admire those of you who do this ‘alphabet thing’ for your T-13s. Oh my … all of a sudden I’m CRAVING a thick milk shake for some reason ;--)

Hi Linda,

I agree with the others. You did a great job with the TT.

You took tap dancing lessons? How neat.

We don't have a Target around here, only Wally World. Wish we did.

I love sixties music! And TV. Well, I only watch certain things, but I do watch in the evenings. I used to play tennis as well, eons ago. I don't think I could handle it anymore. I'm not scared of thunder, but the dogs are!

I sure enjoyed you TT! One of these days, I may try it as well.

Hugs,

Renie
