OK, I don't know if this is the expectations of this award, but this is how I interpreted the rules.

Congratulations on your well-deserved awards. I had not idea the Kreativ Blogger award CAME with rulez. I don’t recall Mary (of Mary’s Writing Nook) sharing any when she passed it along to her ‘creative’ friends. I did enjoy your responses however and I love, love, LOVE the graphic with the woman in the spectacular RED HAT!!!!!
