New Grandbaby

My daughter had an OB appointment on Monday and tentatively scheduled the delivery of her little girl. Right now plans are for her to enter the hospital on February 9th. Her in-laws are planning on flying in from Illinois that day to stay with the kids and help out for a few days when she and the baby comes home. This has been a long hard journey for her and we will all be so happy and relieved when this little girl comes into this world.

I'm not going to be able to go see my daughter or the baby until I get this skin condition under control. All the medications I have been on would not be safe being around a new born. I'm hoping to get the results of the biopsy either today or tomorrow and I will post as soon as I know what this weird condition is called. I can't see any improvement from the two new drugs I've been using since Monday night and new spots continue to appear. This is the weirdest thing I have ever seen!!!!

{{hugs}} Linda, the skin condition must be driving you crazy, I know how difficult it can be as my Roxy came out in a strange rash last year and it went on for ages before a particular cortisone cream helped her get rid of it.

I will be holding thumbs that all goes well with the new grandbaby, so exciting!

I have also tagged you, I see Nonna has too!! Please don't feel that you have to do it!

Speaking of Grand daughters....stop by and share a chuckle at mine enjoying her birthday cake.

I'm praying for your daughter and the new baby and also that you will be all healed up by then so you can enjoy this new life.

Oh, no you have to get this under control and fast!! You cannot miss that new grandbaby!! I guess though you had better not worry about it or it might make the rash worse..who knows since they do not know what it is. How weird!! i am just hoping that they discover this soon!! Keep us updated for sure. Sandy

Linda, I'm glad the date has been set and I'm sure you're relieved and happy to know the when and where but it must be maddening to not be able to (plan to) be there for the big event.

Hugs and prayers that this rash will be controlled and that they find the source of it sooner than later. And of course that you get to love on your grandbaby as soon as possible!

I'm praying for this situation, too. It's so exciting...but will be so frustrating if you can't get over there to see her and more importantly, hold her.

Hugs,

Susan
