Busy Day

Yesterday I experienced a weird occurrence while trying to comment on Ruby Tuesday. I kept getting a box popping up saying it was a restricted site and user name and password were required. I kept going back and trying again and finally was able to leave a comment. Then when I tried to visit other Ruby Tuesday participants, the same thing would happen on most of the sites. Finally I gave up. Time permitting I will try to go back and visit more Ruby Tuesday participants later this evening.

In the afternoon I met a girlfriend to see "Four Christmas'" with Reese Witherspoon. It was cute but definitely not a movie you would want to see a second time. After the movie I went shopping for a few more gifts.

This afternoon I'm picking Kati up from school and we are going to go shopping for fleece. I asked her if she would like to make a fleece tied blanket for Josey who will be here in February, her Mom, her other MawMaw or for herself for Christmas. She was all excited about this. I'm curious as to what she will pick out. I thought this would be a good project to entertain her while I'm watching her after school. I'll keep you updated on her progress. Here's instructions for making a tied blanket.

I had the same problem for a while yesterday until I turned off the computer and restarted it. I'm not sure what caused it ... but it seems not to be a problem today.

Hi Linda,

Well, what I've had happen several times lately is trying to repay a visit to some new commenters, and when I tried to access their blog I couldn't. It said "this blog is by invitation only. You have not been invited to view this blog."

What a lovely project for Kati and you. I love the way you spell her name. It's the Hungarian spelling for the name! Bet you didn't know that. lol.

I look forward to see Kati's work in progress.

Take care!

Renie

Hi Linda, I had the same problem yesterday, and it was a blogger thing which cleared up later in the day...I would like to make a fleece blanket, wish I were with you and Kati to learn how to make one.
Hugs, Baba

Oh Linda, thanks so much for the fleece blanket instructions. I will certainly want to make one for my great grandbaby who will be born in March. It looks so easy to do.

The blanket project sounds lovely. Can't wait to hear how kati likes doing it.
