Gas Prices

Gas Prices went up 17 cents overnight here in Hurricane, West Virginia. It is now $3.95 a gallon for regular. Thank goodness I put gas in my car yesterday. I used the $50 gift card I won a couple weeks ago and it only gave me a little less than 3/4 of a tank. I don't know how the middle working class is budgeting this increase.

OUCH! That means the cost of everything else is headed up again too! Seems like this happens every time there's a holiday coming up. Lots of people will be traveling over Memorial Day and I'm one of them!

I don't think it is budgeted... I just don't think there's a choice. What else can we do except stay home and I already do that. I haven't put gas in my vehicle in over two weeks and if it weren't for my mother, I wouldn't be heading out of town this holiday.

Hey babe, Gas prices are hitting us hard too. We are off to visit in Savannah this week (to see Floozie) after being in New York with our kids. (Check out my cute kids!) I waved at you while we drove through West Virginia.

Average for gasoline here in middle Tn. is $3.59, but I'm sure it's going to be $4.00 for unregular very soon. I feel like I'm being held up every time I have to go to a gas station.

LOL, I meant to say regular unleaded gasoline.

Yeap Iodine!! I remember it really well. I would fall down with my bike or roller skates and then have to sit while my grandmother smeared that on my knees (usually) and then we would blow and blow on it till the burning stopped. Great list today. Wait till you get to the X's...Oh my!!
