Change of Plans

I want to thank everyone who has stopped by left comments. I've been busy getting ready for Christmas and have neglected blogging. My daughter and her family were scheduled to come in this Saturday making my timeline shorter. Yesterday I learned she won't be coming in until Christmas day, so I've got some breathing room.

It's going to be a very busy time while she is here. On Friday after Christmas my extended family is having our Christmas get together. This year my niece Kim is hosting the party. It's nice having this gathering after Christmas because it gives us something else to look forward to after Christmas and this year Nicole will be able to attend. Once the packages are opened and dinner is over there always seems a little let down. Guess that is because we spend weeks preparing for the special day and once it's here it goes by so fast. It's natural to feel a little let down once it's over. Then on Saturday another niece Terrie is getting married. You can see we'll have a very busy Christmas holiday.

Hi Linda,

I'm sure you can hardly wait for your daughter and family to arrive.

Same here on an extended holiday, as I'll be attending a party Friday and Saturday and Sunday after Christmas.

Our weather is starting to ease a bit, so I should be able to get out of here by tomorrow, for a bit.

Have a great rest of the week. Merry Christmas!

Hugs,

Renie

It sounds like exciting times around your house for the holidays! I know that you will have a wonderful time with your daughter and the rest of the family.

I wish my daughter were coming for Christmas. She lives in Seattle and will not be coming home this year.

May you all have a very blessed Christmas together.
Blessings,
Cheryl

Linda, my spam was from someone named John. The profile was empty of course so there's no way for me to track him down. Someone probably could but I'm not going to worry about it unless I start getting spammed comments consistently.

Enjoy your bit of extra time. I know you must be anxious to see everyone but take time for yourself and breathe!
