This and That

Last Monday my doctor called and asked that I come back in to have more blood drawn so he could double check my sugar content. There is a possibility I had too much sugar the day before my last blood test. All last week I put off going to have the blood drawn. I know I have to do this, but the thought of another needle makes me ill. I will do it tomorrow.

Have you seen The Women? I went this weekend and was a little disappointed. I love Meg Ryan, but there just didn't seem to be a story. After thinking about the movie later that day, I can't recall seeing one man in the entire movie; not on the street or in the restaurant. The whole movie was about a man, but not one was to be seen. This is one you may want to rent after it comes out on DVD.

Nothing earth shattering going on here today, just laundry. Hope you are having a good day.

Thanks. I won't waste my money on that one!! I know what you mean about hating to go -- BUT...it really is necessary. Prayers and Hugs.

Don't be scared! Go get your blood work done! (smiles) I hope that they find your blood to be fine. If they took my blood right now, they would probably pronounce me a diabetic because I just ate a dish a candy corn! YIKES! No wonder I am not thinking straight!

Linda,

I hope you go to get your blood checked. I can understand how you feel about needles, but it seems important that you have it checked.

Thank you for the heads up about the movie, "Women."

Take care! :-)

Hi Linda,

You know, you reminded me that I was suppossed to go in August for a blood check. I hate having it done. Since I am a type 2 diabetic, I have to do the tests every 3 months. But I feel well, so I know there is no problem, and maybe will go in October. Hope your tests go well.

Hugs,

Renie
