I'm going to comment about each trait that I agree with in red, and those I don't in blue.

OCTOBER: Loves to chat. (Boy, do I.) Loves those who loves them. Loves to take things at the center. (Now what do they mean by this?) Inner and physical beauty. (Inner beauty, I think so) Lies but doesn’t pretend. (I'm a horrible at telling a lie. When I'm about to tell a lie, I tell that person I'm about to lie, so I don't pretend) Gets angry often. (not often) Treats friends importantly. (I cherish my friends) Always making friends. (It's not easy for me to make friends) Easily hurt but recovers easily. (My feelings are easily hurt and I try to get over it quickly.) Daydreamer. (Oh yes, I love to daydream) Opinionated. (Absolutely, but not to the point of compromising). Does not care of what others think. (I care deeply what other people think about me.) Emotional. (Oh, yes) Decisive. (It takes me a long time to make a decision, but when I do, I'm confident with my decision) Strong clairvoyance. (Maybe not strong, but there are some things I'm able to sense before they happen) Loves to travel, the arts and literature. (This is a true trait of Libra's. I have a deep love for travel and the arts, but not as much for literature.) Touchy and easily jealous. (I am a touchy person. I want to hug my friends and family when I see them. I use to be very very jealous, but now I'm not at all) Concerned. Loves outdoors. (One of favorite things is sitting on my porch, drinking a glass of iced tea and enjoying nature) Just and fair. (I think so) Spendthrift. (Absolutely) Easily influenced. (I would say gullible) Easily loses confidence. (Given the right circumstances, I would say I could easily lose confidence in myself) Loves children. (I couldn't wait to get married and have children. They are the loves of my life. I also love being around other people's children too.)

As you can see, I agree with most of the traits of a Libra.
