My Steak!! Let me clarify that a little more. My fillet mignon!! I rarely eat red meat, so when I do I want it perfected. When ordering in a restaurant I ask for Pittsburgh medium rare. Yes I know it should be Pittsburgh rare, but with all the studies about eating meat at a certain temperature, I am now eating my steak with a warm center, but I still want it charred on the outside.

Sounds like you have not been feeling good either!! I hate BEING SICK!! i think you and I would get along great!! I have always thought that from the first time we started talking back and forth!! I am going to work this afternoon for 4 hours. I know it does not sound long but when you dont feel good it might as well be 8!! My headaches are close to being gone. Hey Linda... I am running late today, but had to come by and see what's for dinner! Filet Mignon is one of my favorites and I want it cooked just right too (make mine medium rare as well) but I have something else I'm more picky about that than I am my steak. Glad you're feeling better!

Yes I love a good steak, and when you go to a nice resturant and it is not how you like it -it really puts a damper on the dinner.
