1) What I was doing ten years ago: During my working years, fall was a time for conferences; therefore, I would have been attending a conference. You can read about my first conference here below Ten on Tuesday.

2.) Five years ago: June 2002 we moved into this house that we considered our retirement home.

3) One year ago: I was looking for another house and still am. I don't like this neighborhood and there are things about this house I don't like.

4.) Yesterday: Saturday was day of errands. I stopped by our local jeweler to get my tennis bracelet repaired. I stopped by AT&T to check out their cell phones and plans. I'll be changing carriers next month. This is a post all of its own, so I'll just leave that one comment. Since I had not been gambling for awhile, I stopped by a local gambling pallor and did extremely well for one of these establishments. All together I won $760 because it took $40 to win $800.

5.) 5 snacks I enjoy: Hershey's chocolate anything, vanilla ice cream with Hershey's syrup, popcorn, cheese and crackers, nachos. There's nothing healthy about my snacks.

6.) 5 Things I would do if I suddenly had $100 million: A few years ago this sentence would have said $1 million. Just goes to show how the dollar is decreasing in value. Back to the question....I would hire a good (if that is possible) tax attorney, pay off all my debt and the debt of my children, go to New York and get a really good haircut, go shopping, and hire a cook and personal trainer.

7.) 5 locations I would like to run away to: If I had the 100 million dollars I would run away to, Ireland, Germany, France, states in New England, Hawaii.

8.) 5 bad habits I have: Not putting me first, smoking (I'm trying to quit, but it's the hardest thing I've ever done), not exercising like I should, procrastinating, worrying about things I have not control over.

9.) 5 things I like doing: Blogging, spending time with my children and grandchildren, gambling, walking on a beach, learning new things.

10.) 5 TV shows I like: Dancing with the Stars, Boston Legal, Lost, House, Monk.

11.) 5 things I hate doing: Unloading the dishwasher, paying bills, household repairs, weeding the flower beds, cooking.

12.) 5 Biggest joys of the moment: My children and grandchildren, Autumn, cooler weather, knowing God is with me, anticipation of fall activities.
